                               THE KASHMIRI MAGGIE


                             Well it sounds cool and delicious and trust me it also tastes super spicy and slurpy. I had a seven days trip to Kashmir .So i visited to Gulmarg ,Sonmarg and Phelgum.i had this trip in the initial summer season that is in the month of April. the cool breezy air of Kashmir forced us to have the local Maggie masala with its own Kashmiri flavor.

                           It has been four years since i had kashmiri Maggie but the taste still remains in my tongue. The combination of cool air and hot aroma of Maggie is enough to invite us to their local shops. There is also Maggie stalls in between the lakes.

                     The recipe is quite easy .just add Maggie masala and some chopped veggies like carrot capsicum and onions in boiling water then add Maggie wait for 10-15 minutes still it is cooked well. Now plate the cooked Maggie and garnish with butter,as it costs 20-30 rupees per plate we can afford them easily. well we can say that kashmiri people have become specialist in cooking Maggie.I hope i can have them again in future.
