                             THE BANGARPET  PANIPURI

           It was a tiresome journey from Bangalore to Chennai by roadways.But something which was good and memorable was bangarpet panipuri. It was four in the evening when we started our journey .All my cousins where hungry when we reached vellore ,one of my uncle asked us to have the bangarpet panipuri in the small movable vehicle of Mr. shiva ,who has been running this business for 13 years. He also undertakes birthdays, weddings and other functions to serve his mouthwatering panipuri.

                     We reached vellore at 7:30 pm and searched for the shiva's panipuri. At time we reached his stall, there was a huge crowd pouncing on his panipuri vehicle. We barely had 5 plates of panipuri which is equal to 30 pieces as each plate had six pieces. We were craving for one more plate but unfortunately all his panipuri stuffs were finished by 8 itself , probably he starts at 6. He serves only bangarpet panipuri and masala puri. I wish i could have reached early to enjoy his fantabulous.

                    His delicious chatpata panipuri has no match in this world. He serves a transplant water made of garlic, lemon, green chili and other spices which sour and spicy at the same time. The green peas stuff is the main part of this chaat. Finally it is garnished by chopped onion and grated carrot.I request everyone not miss the taste of bangarpet in vellore.
