EXPERIENCE TO DAHI BALLAY

Just walking a few steps away from the pani puri stall we came across a tiny shop at the street corner which was completely surrounded by countless heads...

I just felt as if I was looking at a Honey comb surrounded by a lot of bee's buzzing around. Slightly looking up I was able to spot the shop's name as NATRAJ DAHI BALLAY.

I was really happy because it was the shop which I was asked not to miss at any cost because of its populous DAHI BALLAY.

Unable to resist it's craving smell which was spread almost in the entire street I decided to move forward but suddenly I found people moving away from the stall within seconds. Not able to figure out I just heard someone telling that the stall was running short of yogurt and it would take another fifteen minutes for them to get it. I was a little disheartened but decided to wait and not to leave.

After a few minutes cries erupt and a dozen of them quickly surround the shop again. After a huge struggle I too became a part of the human torrent and somehow managed to reach the front and extend my hand with 30bugs for one of the best chaats in the town.

After a long wait I was finally able to get my chaat and come out of the crowd. I was really delighted to see the round fried flour balls soaked in thick yogurt with spices, red and green chutney and the yellow seev at the top.

I couldn't even fulfill my cravings and it was over in no time....It was really amazing and worth waiting...
