In the cold winter evening at the capital me and my sister had an unconditional urge for something really hot and sweet.
Looking out from our balcony we could spot a tiny jalebi Wala at the corner of our street. We couldn't control and so both of us ran down the stairs, pushing each other and having a race in order to see who reaches first. My sister just escaped from falling down the steps and so we decided not to run and walk together upto the jalebi wala.
Slowly walking along the street completely covered with warm sweaters we could see I tiny tea shop where the hot tea was rushing from the kettle into the tea glasses. It was really a perfect weather to have one.
We slowly started to move a little fast and finally reached the shop. It was isolated in at the corner of our street but never the less we found a few people standing and a few others sitting on the table outside the shop and having their hot and crispy jumbo jalebi's with rabri.
My sister was quick enough to find the shops name and said that it was the OLD FAMOUS JALEBI WALA'S shop.
Not wasting our time anymore we quickly went inside the shop. It was a completely different and a warm atmosphere inside the small closet. We went and ordered for two plates of it and quickly found a place for us to sit. We had to wait for a minute or two till our crispy jalebi's were prepared. The sweet craving smell coming from all the sides was really tempting. And within no time we got our plates ready on our table. I was really amazed looking at the beautiful bright orange colour of the jalebi and the creamy rabri.
As we couldn't resist anymore we quickly grabbed one and started having. The jalebi was really warm crispy and delicious. It really went good with the thick and creamy rabri. The dry nuts which i could feel in my mouth was the best part of it. It was really worth getting ten pieces of jalebis and a big bowl of rabri for just fifteen bugs...
We really loved it and enjoyed letting it together melt into our mouth...
This experience really made our day and we just wished that we could have these every day.....
